1、 How it works

The ring gear heater is used in the assembly of ring gear and flywheel of diesel engine, gasoline engine and other power machinery. After the ring gear is heated rapidly by the eddy current principle of power frequency induction, the ring gear is evenly heated, and the diameter of the ring gear is expanded by the same amount. The ring gear is assembled with the flywheel interference heat sleeve.

3、 Operation procedure

1. The heated gear ring is placed at the set position between the operator and the inside of the main engine. The movable yoke is pressed down slightly and in line with the lower yoke end face.

2. Press the start button, the host is powered on, the time relay starts counting, the unit is seconds, and the ring gear is heated.

3. Before pressing the stop button, check the time count, then take out the workpiece, and measure whether the temperature rise at the inner diameter end plane meets the requirements, so as to facilitate the assembly.

4. Continuously heat the ring gear of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the automatic position and set the heating time. When the workpiece is heated to the set time, the power supply will be automatically turned off and the ring gear can be assembled.

5. After the work is finished, turn the power switch to the stop position to cut off the power supply of the ring gear heater.
