1. The bearing must be installed in a dry and clean environment. Before installation, carefully check the machining quality of the matching surface of the shaft and the shell, the end face of the shoulder, the groove and the connecting surface. 2. The bearing should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene before installation, and used after drying, and good lubrication should be ensured. Generally, the bearing is lubricated with grease or oil. When grease is used for lubrication, grease with no impurities, excellent anti-oxidation, anti rust and extreme pressure performance should be selected. The filling amount of lubricating grease should be 30% - 60% of the volume of bearing and bearing box, not too much. In case of mass installation or large interference, the "Zhuangyuan" brand bearing induction heating bearing method can be used for installation. 3. The clearance should be adjusted at the end of single row tapered roller bearing installation. The clearance value should be determined according to different working conditions and the size of interference. If necessary, it shall be determined by test. The clearance of double row tapered roller bearing and water pump shaft bearing has been adjusted before delivery, so it is not necessary to adjust them during installation. After the bearing is installed, the rotation test shall be carried out. First, it shall be used for the rotating shaft or bearing box. If there is no abnormality, it shall be operated at no load and low speed by power. Then, the rotation speed and load shall be gradually increased according to the operation condition, and the noise, vibration and temperature rise shall be detected.
